Catalyst Metals recruits an Underground Shift Boss/Supervisor to lead underground crews at our Plutonic Gold Mine, Perth FIFO roster. You will oversee up to 15 operators, ensure safety, and deliver production targets in a dynamic, high‑safety environment.

Qualifications

• Underground supervisor qualification (Section 26) or equivalent.
• Experience supervising underground crews in similar operations.
• Strong safety leadership and regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crew of up to 15 to meet production targets.
• Fulfil Section 26 statutory responsibilities.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across underground activities.
• Monitor and coordinate daily underground mining activities for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with mining plans and site procedures.
• Collaborate with Technical Services, Maintenance and other stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement within the team.
