Job summary

Westgold is seeking a hands-on team member for underground construction and infrastructure installation at remote sites in Western Australia. You will install underground components, lay pipework, and support ventilation systems while maintaining safety and quality across projects.

Qualifications

• Underground mining experience preferred, especially in project crews.
• Ability to install underground infrastructure and work in remote environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication; follow instructions and contribute to team.
• Commitment to safety and understanding of underground safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Install underground infrastructure including concrete pads, sumps, and civil works.
• Lay and connect dewatering pipes, poly piping, and ventilation systems.
• Operate hand and power tools; assist with machinery setup and maintenance.
• Work independently and with others to meet deadlines and safety standards.
• Support project delivery with quality workmanship and proactive problem-solving.
