Job summary

Westgold Resources Limited seeks experienced Underground Service Crew Operators to join our permanent full-time underground team in Western Australia. FIFO from Perth with a range of roster options, you will work safely and efficiently to support ventilation, ground support, and service installations in our mining operations.

Qualifications

• Previous underground mining experience in a Service Crew role.
• Current manual C-class driver’s licence is required.
• National Police Clearance issued within the last 12 months is preferred.
• DGSC clearance (or willingness to obtain) is required.

Responsibilities

• Install, extend, and remove underground ventilation systems and equipment.
• Support ground works including mesh repairs, scaling, and rock bolt installation.
• Assist with underground service installations (air, water, paste lines).
• Conduct hazard identifications, barricading, and area clean-ups.
• Operate IT as required and assist with service-related activities for jumbo, bogger, and charge-up crews.
• Maintain pumps, sumps, and dewatering lines; perform pre-start inspections.
