Redpath Mining is hiring a Paste Crew Operator to support underground paste fill operations at Lake Cowal. You will backfill stopes safely, monitor systems, and work with the Underground Production Team to maintain high safety and productivity standards.

The role requires experience in underground mining, strong teamwork, and mechanical aptitude, with a current driver’s licence and relevant tickets highly regarded. An even-time roster supports work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in underground mining, paste fill or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor paste fill distribution systems in underground settings.
• Install, maintain and relocate paste fill infrastructure and pipelines.
• Inspect and troubleshoot paste reticulation systems.
• Monitor fill delivery pressures and system performance.
• Maintain shift reports and safety records.
• Assist with underground services installation and maintenance.
