Job summary

Barminco is seeking experienced Underground Paste Crew to join the Bellevue Gold Mine project, 40km north-east of Leinster, WA. This full-time FIFO role from Perth supports underground production and backfill operations on a growing, sustainable mining site.

You will work within a high-performing, safety-focused team, operating in a modern underground fleet with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous paste crew experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Valid mine site tickets and licences to operate underground equipment.
• Ability to work 77 FIFO roster from Perth and adhere to site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor paste fill devices, paste walls and paste valves.
• Liaise with the paste plant operator to coordinate operations.
• Complete paste fill checklists and paperwork accurately.
• Ensure paste backfill is completed as per plan.
• Install, monitor, and maintain paste barricades and bulkheads.
• Inspect, maintain, and clear paste lines and equipment to prevent blockages.
• Collaborate with mining and production teams to meet schedules.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures during paste operations.
