Aurelia Metals is seeking a senior leader to manage the Processing function at Peak Mine, NSW. Reporting to the General Manager, you will oversee Operations, Metallurgy, Laboratory and Plant Maintenance, guiding a ~60-person team and driving safety, reliability and cost performance.

You will lead planning, budgeting and major expansion projects, collaborate with Mining, Technical Services and Projects, and shape the site leadership culture to deliver sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering or similar.
• Senior leadership experience within a mining processing operation.
• Strong technical experience across base metals and/or gold processing.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary operational teams.
• Plant optimisation and project delivery experience.
• Strong commercial and financial management capability; Proven ability to build high-performing teams.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
