Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NSW Metalliferous Underground Mine Supervisor Certificate.
• At least 7 years relevant mining experience.
• Strong people leadership experience.
• Strong safety focus and commitment to visible safety leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead and support a team.
• Demonstrated care for people and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide statutory supervision of mining activities to ensure compliance with NSW mining regulations.
• Lead a team of Underground Operators to meet production targets while maintaining safety.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance safety and production performance.
