Aurelia Metals Limited is seeking a safety-focused Heavy Diesel Leading Hand to join the Mobile Maintenance Team at Peak Mine, Cobar NSW. You’ll diagnose, repair and maintain underground mobile equipment, including loaders, haul trucks and graders, while leading a small team of underground heavy vehicle tradespeople.

Working closely with the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate tasks, troubleshoot issues and help maximise fleet reliability, minimise downtime and uphold high safety

Qualifikationen

• Heavy Diesel Fitter Trade Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous Leading Hand experience in a similar role.
• Underground hardrock mining experience, with exposure to mobile plant including listed equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to read and interpret pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.

• Coordinate tasks with the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor and lead a small team of underground tradespeople.
• Troubleshoot issues and help maximise fleet reliability, minimise downtime and maintain high safety and performance standards.
• Apply expertise in diagnostics, hydraulics, welding and servicing to support underground and surface workshops.
