Job summary

Redpath Mining Inc. is seeking an experienced Mining Superintendent for Norseman Operations in Western Australia. You will lead underground mining activities, coordinate personnel and resources, and drive safe, profitable delivery of project objectives.

You will mentor supervisors, manage budgets, and sustain strong client and contractor relationships while promoting continuous improvement and efficient performance at site.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in underground mining.
• Proven track record delivering safe, efficient operations.
• Strong knowledge of underground methods, safety systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead underground mining operations to achieve production, safety and project objectives.
• Manage production performance, optimize plans, schedules and resources.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, statutory and contractual requirements.
• Develop and mentor supervisors and crews, fostering a proactive safety culture.
