Redpath Mining is seeking a Mining Superintendent to lead underground operations at the Federation Mine. This senior role focuses on production, safety, and workforce performance on a major development project with a 2/2 roster and FIFO/DIDO options.

You will direct underground teams, partner with clients and management, and drive continuous improvement while delivering safe, efficient outcomes in a challenging environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive underground mining experience in development operations.
• Prior superintendent or senior leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and team management.
• Knowledge of safety systems and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret mine plans and schedules.
• Valid driver's license.
• Australian work rights and ability to work 2/2 roster.

Responsibilities

• Lead underground mining teams and supervise multiple crews.
• Oversee daily production targets safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate mine schedules with development plans.
• Drive safety culture and incident investigations.
• Mentor and develop supervisors and emerging leaders.
• Liaise with client representatives and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with site safety systems and standards.
