Catalyst Metals Limited is seeking a Planning Engineer to support underground growth at the Plutonic Gold Belt. The role involves developing short- to medium-term mine plans, collaborating with geologists and engineers, and ensuring designs are practical and executable.

This full-time FIFO position from Perth on an 8:6 roster offers private health cover, salary sacrifice options, and opportunities to contribute to a growing multi-mine operation.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mining or Geotechnical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in underground mine planning and production in a mechanised hard-rock mining environment.
• Exposure to ventilation, mine infrastructure, geology, production and geotechnical engineering.
• WA FCMM certificate or the ability to obtain one.
• Current and unrestricted WA C Class Driver's Licence.

Aufgaben

• Produce and deliver short- to medium-term mine designs, including Development Mining Instructions, Stope Notes and Area Plans.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of mine planning data and evaluation tools, ensuring they reflect operational performance and support informed decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain site infrastructure designs and integrated schedules, ensuring alignment with operational mining activities and budget constraints.
