Qualifications

• Demonstrated diamond drilling experience (surface and/or underground).
• Minimum Certificate III in Drilling Operations.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening.
• Commitment to safe work practices and team success.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently deliver underground and/or surface diamond drilling programs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance on drill rigs and downhole equipment.
• Train, mentor and develop crew members.
• Work closely with Supervisors and clients to achieve production and safety targets.
• Contribute to a professional drilling culture built on planning, communication and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Demonstrated diamond drilling experience (surface and/or underground)
• Minimum Certificate III in Drilling Operations
• Experience operating LM90, LM110, LF130, LF160 or similar rigs
• Current Australian Driver's Licence
• Ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and physical assessments
• Commitment to safe work practices and team success
• Valid Australian work rights and Australian residency/citizenship
