Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Diamond Driller with a strong understanding of drilling operations.
• HR (Road Ranger or higher) driver's license is essential.
• Cert IV in Drilling Operations is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Diamond drilling rigs and auxiliary equipment.
• Perform daily checks and maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor drilling progress, manage field data, and adjust operations as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Train and supervise assistant drillers and other crew members.
• Manage and report on supply inventory at the drilling site.
