You will manage CRM notes, schedule next steps, and coordinate with UK colleagues to ensure smooth handoffs and progress through the pre-sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales, inside sales, business development, or a client-facing role.
• Excellent spoken and written English with clear pronunciation.
• Familiarity with UK professional communication norms and etiquette.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers with purposeful questions.
• Professional video meeting presence and consultative communication.
• Self-discipline to work remotely and align with UK business hours.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage inbound and outbound conversations with UK retailers, brands, suppliers, and decision-makers.
• Build rapport through active listening and clear communication, aligning with British business etiquette.
• Represent the client professionally during video meetings with on-camera presence and preparation.
• Understand prospect goals, event interests, timelines, and participation potential.
• Explain the value proposition of the client’s B2B retail events and answer initial questions.
• Qualify prospects using agreed criteria and schedule next-step conversations.
• Hand over warm, well-qualified prospects to the senior sales team with context and follow-up actions.
• Maintain a disciplined follow-up rhythm and respect client communication standards.
