You will oversee reporting, compliance and commercial performance across two properties, partnering with the General Manager and leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in finance roles.
• Hotel industry experience desirable.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and reporting skills.
• Ability to influence decision-making with commercial insights.
• Experience with financial controls, compliance and governance.
• Leadership to coach and develop teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• CPA/CA or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced financial systems and Excel capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function across two hotels.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to GM and ELT.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, cash flow, long-term plans.
• Analyze performance and recommend profitability improvements.
• Present monthly results to ownership and senior stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with policies and statutory obligations.
• Oversee month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Manage payroll oversight and labour cost control.
• Collaborate with department heads on expenses.
• Lead relationships with BSC, auditors, banks and partners.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Support capex planning and asset management.
• Champion governance and best practices.
• Lead and develop the finance team.
