Full-Time Opportunity | Part-Time & Casual Applicants Welcome!
Love a bit of variety in your workday? Enjoy staying active, working independently and seeing the results of a job well done?
You might be just who we're looking for!
Airsisted Wagga Short Term Rentals is looking for a Turnover Specialist to join our small, friendly and hardworking team!
We're all about creating great guest experiences, and that starts well before our guests arrive. From sparkling-clean properties and freshly prepared linen to keeping our supplies organised, there's plenty happening behind the scenes.
This isn't your typical cleaning job. You'll work across our short-term rental properties, warehouse and other locations, with a mix of responsibilities that keeps things interesting.
We're primarily recruiting for a full-time position, but part-time and casual applicants are also encouraged to apply.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
You’ll spend much of your time working independently, with the support of a team that's always there when you need it.
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the little details and can be counted on to get the job done.
You’ll be a great fit if you:
Got cleaning or housekeeping experience? Fantastic! Never worked in the industry before? That's okay too!
Experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential. We're happy to help the right person learn the ropes.
We're a small team where everyone contributes, supports one another and plays an important part in what we do.
We value open communication, a good work ethic and an environment where people feel comfortable asking questions, learning and being themselves.
And because we believe in being upfront, it's worth mentioning that not every day will be smooth sailing!
Some days are busy, some properties need extra attention, and plans can change at short notice. That's simply part of working in short-term rentals.
But if you enjoy variety, working independently and the satisfaction of seeing what you've accomplished at the end of the day, there's plenty to love about this role.
Our priority is finding someone for a full-time position, although we're also open to part-time and casual applicants.
Our operations run seven days a week, and our anticipated working arrangements are outlined below.
Anticipated working days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday
Anticipated working days: Thursday, Friday, Sunday and Monday
Days off: Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday
For both full-time and part-time applicants, flexibility to work across all seven days of the week is highly regarded, as scheduled working days may occasionally change depending on operational requirements.
We also understand the importance of having time away from work. Providing consecutive days off will always be a priority when planning work schedules, and we'll aim to maintain consistent, predictable working arrangements wherever possible.
Prefer something a little more flexible? We'd still love to hear from you!
As our work depends on guest check-ins, check-outs and property requirements, daily schedules can vary. We'll always aim to communicate changes clearly and provide as much notice as possible.
Rate of pay described above is based on the full-time Hospitality Industry (General) Award [MA000009], Guest Services Level 2.
Junior award rates apply for applicants under 21 years of age where applicable.
Applicable penalty rates, allowances and employment entitlements will be provided in accordance with the relevant award and employment type.
This is an active, hands-on position involving regular travel between different locations.
Applicants will need:

If you're reliable, enjoy a bit of variety and take pride in doing things properly, we'd love to meet you!
Whether you've got years of experience or you're looking to try something new, what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and commitment to doing a great job.
