Honey Homes is a property performance company managing 200 properties across four markets and upholding a consistent, high standard. Our Home Hosts service premium short-stay homes across Orange that appear on Airbnb, Booking.com and Stayz, delivering guests a standout first impression.

You’ll clean between stays, follow our app-driven checklists, restock linen, and report issues promptly, taking pride in the details and standard you set.

Qualifications

• Based in the Orange region.
• Current ABN.
• Own car and Green P minimum license.
• Available at least 2 days per week between 10am and 3pm.
• Available weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
• Smartphone required for the cleaning app.
• Able to lift up to 15 kg in tubs.
• Reasonable fitness for two-storey homes.
• Criminal history check may apply.

Our Home Hosts get our properties ready for every guest. A guest's first impression is the home they walk into, and that's your work. You'll service premium short-stay homes across Orange that are listed on Airbnb, Booking.com and Stayz, and you'll hold each one to our Golden Standard.

What you'll do

Clean and reset homes between guest stays, to a standard guests notice.

Follow our cleaning checklists and procedures through our cleaning app.

Restock linen and supplies, and report maintenance issues when you spot them.

Take pride in the finish. The details are the job.

About you

Requirements

Based in the Orange region

Current ABN

Own car and driver's licence (Green P minimum)

Available at least 2 days per week between 10am and 3pm

Available weekends, public holidays and school holidays

A smartphone, since our cleaning runs on software

Able to lift packed tubs up to 15kg

Reasonable fitness, as some homes are two storeys

A criminal history check may apply

We look after 200 properties across four markets (Orange, Bathurst, Dubbo and Wagga Wagga), and every property is held to the same standard. We're a local team that's committed to our owners, our guests and our region.

What we offer

Work 7 days a week between 10am and 3pm, and pick the days you're available each fortnight through an online link.

You're paid per property, with extra time allowances when a clean needs it.

Full training in our procedures during paid trial cleans.
