If you're the person who knows everyone in town, thrives on building relationships, loves opening doors and turning conversations into opportunities, keep reading.
We're looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow Regional Australia Bank across communities throughout the North West region.
However, you don't necessarily need "BDM" on your resume.
Maybe you've worked in banking. Maybe you've built strong networks in agribusiness, real estate, retail, hospitality, professional services, local government or another customer-focused industry. If you're commercially minded, relationship-driven and enjoy getting out and meeting people, we'd love to hear from you.
This isn't a desk job.
One day you'll be meeting local business owners, the next you'll be attending a community event, networking breakfast or field day. You'll be building relationships, identifying opportunities and connecting people with the right banking solutions.
You'll be the face of Regional Australia Bank in the community and play a key role in helping us grow while staying true to our customer-owned values.
We're more interested in your ability to build relationships than your job title.
At Regional Australia Bank, we're proudly customer-owned, which means we're focused on creating value for our customers and communities, not external shareholders.
This role supports communities across: Tamworth, Quirindi, Werris Creek, Manilla, Barraba, Coonabarabran, Walcha, Mungindi, Moree, Warialda, Bingara, Inverell, Narrabri and Gunnedah.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel are essential.
Even if your experience doesn't perfectly match every point above, we'd still love to hear from you. If you've built strong relationships, delivered results and have the drive to grow business opportunities, you might be exactly who we're looking for.
Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and interviews may commence before the closing date.
