Job summary

Regional Australia Bank is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow its presence across communities in the North West region. This role focuses on meeting local business owners, attending events, and connecting customers with suitable banking solutions.

It’s not a desk job, and success comes from active engagement and strong networks. You’ll represent the bank in communities, build referral networks, and collaborate with lending and branch teams to convert opportunities into outcomes,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, banking, customer relationship management, account management or community engagement.
• A proven ability to create opportunities and influence outcomes.
• Outstanding communication and networking skills.
• Confidence working independently and managing your own schedule.
• Curiosity, initiative and a genuine interest in people.
• A passion for supporting regional communities.
