Job summary

Compas is seeking a TSPV/PA - Team Lead Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day coordination of critical services in a secure, high-tempo environment. TSPV/PA - Cleared Operations Coordinator Team Lead (Onsite - ACT / SA)

Lead the day-to-day coordination of critical operational services in a secure, high-tempo environment. This role is suited to an experienced Operations Coordinator or Team Lead with strong service availability, incident analysis, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills. Full-time onsite attendance is required.

Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options

Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV/TSPA clearance to perform this role.This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. • Ability to manage competing priorities, team objectives, and operational demands
• Strong investigative and analytical skills across service availability and operational incidents
