Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations and help maintain availability of critical services and components.
• Investigate service outages and security incidents, identifying criticality and recommending remedial actions.
• Coordinate senior leadership priorities, schedules, information flow, and resources across teams.
• Engage stakeholders, communicate recommendations, and support alignment across operational activities.
