Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd is seeking two Storage Systems Administrators to join a Canberra-based, secure enterprise infrastructure. The role focuses on storage, backup, disaster recovery and data protection, with emphasis on Dell Isilon/PowerScale platforms.

A TSPV/PA clearance is required and Australian citizenship is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available. You will provide technical support across storage environments, install and test upgrades, monitor capacity and performance, and contribute to

TSPV/PA |Storage Systems Administrator - Dell, Backup & Disaster Recovery | Onsite-ACT Support a secure enterprise infrastructure environment with a focus on storage, backup, disaster recovery and data protection. This role is suited to an experienced Storage Systems Administrator with strong enterprise storage capability, ideally across Dell platforms such as Isilon and PowerScale, together with experience supporting backup, resilience and infrastructure lifecycle activities.

Location: Canberra

Contract Duration: 12 months with 2 x 12-month extension options.

Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV/PA clearance to perform this role. This position is open to Australian citizens with a valid security clearance due to role requirements. Essential Tasks

• Provide technical support and advice across enterprise storage, backup and disaster recovery environments
• Support installation, configuration, patching, upgrades and testing across infrastructure platforms and enterprise applications
• Monitor storage capacity, performance and availability, taking corrective and proactive maintenance actions
• Contribute to technical solution assurance, data protection activities and continuous improvement of storage services

Key Criteria

• Demonstrated experience administering enterprise storage, backup and disaster recovery environments
• Experience with Dell storage platforms such as Isilon, PowerScale or Object Store highly regarded
• Knowledge of Commvault products and enterprise backup technologies highly regarded
• Strong experience with storage monitoring, capacity management, operational procedures and infrastructure lifecycle support
