Qualifications

• Experience with Dell storage platforms (Isilon, PowerScale, Object Store).
• Knowledge of Commvault products is highly regarded.
• Experience in storage, backup and disaster recovery environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and advice on storage, backup and disaster recovery environment.
• Assist in installation, configuration, patching, upgrade and testing of ICT infrastructure.
• Provide QA role to projects related to solution design and documentation.
• Liaise with the business on new capabilities; perform BAU activities as required.
• Provide skills transfer to technical staff as specified by the Customer.
