Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd, a Canberra-based recruitment and services company, is seeking two Senior Solution Architects to lead architecture for enterprise key and secrets management with TSPV/TSPA clearance requirements.

The roles require on-site attendance in ACT, 12-month contracts with extension options, and proven experience across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments, with strong governance and stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution architecture for security/infrastructure/cyber programs.
• Experience with enterprise key management, secrets management, IAM, PKI or cryptographic security.
• Strong design skills across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments.
• Excellent stakeholder leadership and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architectures for enterprise key and secrets management.
• Design secure integrations across apps, CI/CD pipelines, containers, cloud services, PKI and privileged access platforms.
• Develop architecture artefacts, technical roadmaps, migration strategies, security models and integration patterns.
• Provide architecture governance, risk assessment and leadership across implementation, accreditation and assurance activities.

TSPV/PACleared| Senior Solution Architect - Key & Secrets Management

Lead the architecture of complex enterprise security solutions focused on key management, secrets management, PKI and secure integration. These senior roles suit highly experienced Solution Architects who can shape secure architectures across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments while providing technical leadership, governance and assurance across major ICT programs.

Full-time onsite attendance is required.

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Contract Duration: Initial 12-month contract, with 2 x 12-month extension options

Security Clearance Requirement: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates are required to have a TSPV or TSPA clearance to perform this role.

Essential Tasks

Key Criteria

• Minimum 10 years’ experience leading solution architecture across complex security, infrastructure, cloud or cyber programs
• Proven experience with enterprise key management, secrets management, IAM, PKI or cryptographic security solutions
• Strong experience designing resilient solutions across on-premises, cloud and hybrid environments
• Excellent stakeholder leadership skills with the ability to influence executives, governance forums and technical teams
