Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI clearance required.
• Extensive experience with enterprise networks and Tier 2 support.

Responsibilities

• Manage network changes, VLANs, ACLs, and port assignments.
• Perform IOS upgrades on routers and switches.
• Handle routing/switching upgrades for enterprise operations.
• Draft SOPs for network operations.
• Resolve outages and accessibility issues across the network.
• Support site surveys and network designs and data calls.
• Assist with new/enhanced network implementation and upgrades.
• Operate independently with minimal supervision in remote locations.
