Job summary

Mo’s Mobiles, Vodafone Plumpton, part of a national Vodafone franchise network, is seeking a Sales Assistant. You are the first friendly face customers meet, acting as a Trusted Advisor who understands needs and matches solutions with transparency.

In this role you will follow CARE—CONNECT, ASSESS, RECOMMEND, ENGAGE—to welcome customers, ask the right questions, recommend plans and devices, and complete purchases with accurate notes and compliant paperwork.

Qualifications

• We hire for attitude and train for skill.
• Experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
• Able to learn CARE four-step approach to customer conversations.

Responsibilities

• CONNECT — welcome customers within 30 seconds and make them feel valued.
• ASSESS — ask questions to understand the customer’s device, plan and usage.
• RECOMMEND — suggest plans, handsets, accessories, and pricing clearly.
• ENGAGE — complete the sale with proper paperwork and notes.
• Sell mobile services, handsets, accessories, protection and prepaid recharge.
• Explain product features, pricing and contract terms clearly and honestly.
• Open/close the store, manage cash and reconcile EFT.
• Follow all compliance and WHS requirements.
• Keep the store presentation-ready and replenish stock.
