Job summary

ASX Limited is seeking an Investor Support Officer in Sydney to deliver high-quality responses via email and phone to investors, listed entities and other ASX customers. You will manage incidents, drive investor outcomes, and maintain CRM data integrity while promoting a culture of effective feedback.

The role supports the Electronic CHESS Statements rollout and involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Front-line contact centre or support experience.
• Experience handling customer complaints in line with a feedback framework.
• Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls and cases delivering high quality customer service to investors and ASX customers.
• Be the voice of investors by driving focus to investor outcomes during incidents.
• Ensure complaints/feedback are managed according to ASX policy and procedures.
• Promote ASX feedback awareness and education internally for a better feedback culture.
• Provide insight on customer engagement and suggest process improvements to enhance the customer journey.
