Responsibilities

• Undertaking Trust Operations and ensuring delivery is timely, accurate and of the highest professional standard
• Processing investor applications
• Maintaining CRM database and obligation diary system
• Maintaining register of investors and associated information
• Preparation and distribution of statements, reports and notices
• Group email inbox management
• Online banking approvals and bank account establishment
• Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Trust Operations team
• Operational onboarding of new trusts and clients
