Eticore Pty in Sydney is seeking a Trust Operations Leader responsible for the timely, accurate delivery of operations for the firm’s trust services and clients. You will manage a small Trust Operations team and coordinate with banking and third‑party providers to ensure high‑quality service.

This position is responsible and accountable for ownership of and responsibility for the delivery of accurate and timely operations for Eticore, a corporate trustee with approx $12billion funds under management. This role will be responsible for management of the Trust Operations team comprising 4 people and managing banking and third-party service provider relationships to ensure Eticore and its clients receive appropriate service and ongoing support.
Key to delivery in this role is excellence in quality of output, timeliness, consistency and accuracy of all work; the ability to follow processes at all times and facilitate completion of tasks in a logical sequence-driven and solutions-focused manner; understanding and keeping up to date on Eticore's policies, goals, and ethos; and adhering to and promoting Eticore's ethical tone.
Undertaking Trust Operations and ensuring delivery is timely, accurate and of the highest professional standard
Processing investor applications
Maintaining CRM database and obligation diary system
Maintaining register of investors and associated information
Preparation and distribution of statements, reports and notices
Group email inbox management
Online banking approvals and bank account establishment
Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Trust Operations team
Operational onboarding of new trusts and clients
Outstanding attention to detail - you will be tested on this as part of the recruitment process
Ability to take ownership of tasks and ensure they are followed through to completion
Highly disciplined and organised approach to work, with the ability to consistently follow processes and procedures
Ability to effectively manage a small operational team
