Job summary

Nearheal is seeking a Trust Manager to oversee an assigned portfolio of securitisation structures across our Australian operations. You will manage trust administration, cashflow distributions, reconciliations, and coordination with servicers and originators.

The role involves developing financial models, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring accuracy in trust funding and transaction requirements. Experience in structured financial markets and proficient Excel are preferred; hybrid or

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in structured financial markets with at least 1 year in securitisation trust management.
• Experience in financial SPV or trust management and administration.
• Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trust management activities and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee trust cash reconciliations with servicers and originators.
• Manage trust funding subscription processes and month-end activities.
• Perform cashflow distribution waterfall calculations and instruct trustees.
• Develop and maintain financial models and support trust operations.
