Job summary

Perpetual Group's Trust Management team in Sydney is looking for a Junior Securitisation Trust Analyst to support delivery of trust management services to Australia's securitisation market.

You'll work closely with clients, investors and transaction stakeholders, preparing trust calculations, reconciling accounts and monitoring covenants. This role offers hybrid working arrangements and opportunities to develop technical expertise within an experienced team.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in business, accounting, economics, finance or a related discipline.
• Experience within Financial Services is highly regarded.
• Interest in securitisation and trust manager responsibilities.
• Strong client relationship management and service delivery.
• Advanced Excel skills with data and financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder relationships.
• Curious mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trust calculations, reporting, and transaction notices in line with trust documentation.
• Complete and maintain bank account and trust reconciliations.
• Review and process settlement requests to support funding.
• Monitor covenants, portfolio parameters, and trigger events.
• Respond to client and investor enquiries professionally.
• Support management of aged debtors and accruals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
