Job summary

Perpetual Corporate Trust in Sydney is seeking a Junior Securitisation Trust Analyst to support the delivery of securitisation services to Australia's market. You will help manage trust calculations, payments and notices, and work with clients, investors and transaction stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate outcomes.

You will develop technical financial services expertise in a collaborative Trust Management team, contributing to process improvements while building strong stakeholder

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, economics, finance or related discipline.
• Experience in Financial Services is highly regarded.
• Interest in building a career within securitisation.
• Understanding of securitisation structures and trust manager responsibilities is highly regarded.
• Strong client relationship management skills and commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with data and financial information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trust calculations, reporting, payment instructions, and transaction notices.
• Complete and maintain bank account and trust reconciliations.
• Review and process settlement requests and payment instructions to support funding activities.
• Monitor trust covenants, portfolio parameters and trigger events across client transactions.
• Respond to client and investor enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support management of aged debtors and accruals.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
