Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Trust Manager to oversee a portfolio of trusts, manage cash reconciliation, and coordinate with servicers and originators. You will handle trust funding, month-end activities, and ensure accurate administration.

The role involves cashflow modelling, stakeholder management, and supporting trust operations with training and mentoring. A 1–3 year background in structured financial markets is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in structured financial markets.
• At least 1 year of securitisation trust management experience.
• Experience in financial SPV or trust management and administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of trusts with stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee trust cash reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with servicers/originators.
• Manage trust funding subscriptions and month-end activities for accurate administration.
• Perform cashflow distribution calculations and instruct trustees per transaction requirements.
• Maintain and develop financial models and support trust management operations.
