Job summary

IQ-EQ Sydney is seeking a Trust Management professional to oversee securitisation trusts, including cash reconciliations, funding processes and month‑end activities. You will coordinate with servicers and originators, perform cashflow waterfall calculations, and support trust management operations with developing financial models.

The role requires 1–3 years in structured financial markets, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in structured financial markets with at least 1 year in securitisation trust management.
• Experience in financial SPV or trust management and administration with understanding of trust operations.
• Ability to manage complex transactions with multiple stakeholders and maintain accuracy.
• General understanding of legal documentation and operative commercial provisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; cashflow modelling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of trusts and coordinate stakeholders.
• Oversee trust cash reconciliations, populating, reconciling and resolving discrepancies with servicers/originators.
• Manage trust funding subscriptions and month‑end activities for accurate administration.
• Perform cashflow distribution waterfall calculations and instruct trustees on payments.
• Develop financial models and provide support for trust management operations.
