Job summary

Bapcor is seeking a Parts Interpreter in Griffith, NSW, to join Truckline, Australia's largest independent supplier of heavy vehicle parts. You will be the first contact for customers, offering expert advice and sourcing the right parts to keep trucks and fleets running.

You'll interpret requirements, service trade and fleet customers, process orders, prepare quotations, and build lasting relationships with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting heavy vehicle parts for automotive/truck environments.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Current driver's licence and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Interpret heavy vehicle parts requirements for customers.
• Provide service to trade, fleet and workshop customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Liaise with warehouse and branch teams to fulfil orders.
• Assist with stock enquiries and inventory availability.
