Job summary

Value Care is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager – NDIS, SIL & SDA to lead referral partnerships and drive occupancy for SIL, SDA, STA across Victoria, NSW and SA. Based in Mildura Region, VIC, the role involves frequent travel up to 300 kilometres and a supportive leadership team.

You will leverage local networks, hospitals and Support Coordinators to generate high-quality referrals, expand the tri-state footprint, and uphold Value Care's commitment to person-centered disability

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the NDIS or community services sector.
• Established local network in Mildura Region.
• Proven ability to generate referrals and fill occupancy targets.
• Willingness to travel up to 300 km across three states.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen referral partnerships across VIC, NSW and SA.
• Develop relationships with hospitals, support coordinators and LACs.
• Maintain occupancy targets across Value Care's accommodation.
• Represent Value Care at networking events and in local communities.
• Report monthly on referrals, pipeline and occupancy.
