Job summary

Equal Living is a fast growing registered NDIS provider delivering SDA, SIL, MTA and STA across Melbourne. We operate on-site at multiple brand new residences and support participants with complex needs in our inclusive apartments.

The role focuses on business development, relationship management with coordinators, and driving SDA/SIL funding through the NDIS process. You will lead site tours, quotes, and pipeline management to grow participant occupancy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in NDIS business development or related role.
• Knowledge of SDA design categories and SIL funding.
• Strong network across Melbourne's support coordination and allied health.
• Proven sales follow-up and closing skills.
• Full driver's license and own vehicle; NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, OTs, hospital discharge and rehab teams, LACs, SDA providers and SIL providers.
• Generate your own leads and manage a pipeline of interested Participants in Pipedrive CRM, with clean data and regular reporting.
• Run site tours, assessments and sales calls with participants, families and nominees.
• Work with finance division to prepare SIL quotes and SDA quote and support the evidence needed for SDA and SIL funding.

Equal Living is a fast growing registered NDIS provider operating purpose-built Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA) and Short Term Accommodation (STA) across Melbourne. Our sites in Dandenong, Preston, Fairfield, Spotswood and Werribee are brand new inclusive accessible apartments and feature private ensuite rooms, ceiling hoists, nurse call systems, and allied health on site. Many of our residents are living with complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury and stroke and we take hospital discharge Participants regularly.

The role

You may have previously worked as an SDA tenancy manager, SIL House manager, or Support Co-ordinator and have led property tours for potential Participants and their support networks and loved ones. You are great at explaining benefits of accessible accommodation to Participants and know the NDIS sector intimately.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain relationships with Support Coordinators, Specialist Support Coordinators, OTs, hospital discharge and rehab teams, LACs, SDA providers and SIL providers
• Generate your own leads and manage a pipeline of interested Participants in Pipedrive CRM, with clean data and regular reporting

• Work with finance division to prepare SIL quotes and SDA quote and support the evidence needed for SDA and SIL funding

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years in NDIS business development, SDA/SIL tenancy or intake, support coordination, or a similar role
• Working knowledge of SDA design categories, SIL funding, the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and the Home and Living pathway
• An existing network across Melbourne’s support coordination and allied health community (highly regarded)
• A strong sales focus: you follow up consistently and close
• CRM experience (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
• Clear, respectful communication with participants who have complex needs, and with their families
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), Working with Children Check, full driver’s licence and own vehicle
