Warragul Dental Care is seeking a confident Treatment Coordinator to guide patients from first enquiry to treatment, drawing on background in dental reception or assisting. You will explain options, coordinate bookings and follow-up, and help deliver a smooth, personal new-patient experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Treatment Coordinator or 3 years in dental reception/assistings
• Warm, professional communication with empathy and trust
• Strong organisation, initiative and problem-solving
• Positive team mindset and openness to coaching and growth

Responsibilities

• Welcome new patients and guide them through their treatment journey
• Explain treatment options and payment plans clearly
• Coordinate treatment reservations, administration and follow-up
• Support practitioners and create a smooth, personal new-patient experience
• Capture clinical before-and-after photographs and celebrate outcomes
