Job summary

Allianz Australia is seeking a Treasury Operations Officer to support day-to-day invoices, payments and expense transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial controls. The role covers treasury processes across the business, with an emphasis on data integrity and stakeholder reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary finance/accounting qualification, strong attention to detail, and proven ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial systems, databases and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor records with accurate information.
• Review, validate and process invoices and post to the General Ledger.
• Manage payment activities, including payment runs and foreign currency payments.
• Monitor and reconcile corporate card expenditure and ensure policy compliance.
• Support month-end activities with reconciliations, reports and insights.
• Identify payment discrepancies and contribute to treasury process efficiency.
