Job summary

Allianz in Sydney is seeking a Treasury Operations Officer to support day-to-day treasury activities, including invoices, payments and expense transactions in line with financial controls.

You will maintain vendor records, review invoices for correct posting, manage payment runs and monitor corporate card expenditure, while supporting month-end reconciliations and stakeholder reporting. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model within Australia.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance or accounting.
• High level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Proficiency with financial systems, databases and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor records.
• Review, validate and process invoices with correct GL posting.
• Manage payment activities including payment runs and banking transactions.
• Monitor and reconcile corporate card expenditure and ensure policy compliance.
• Support month-end activities with reconciliations and insights for stakeholders.
• Identify payment discrepancies and support treasury process efficiency.
