About The Role

As a Treasury Operations Officer, you'll play a key role in maintaining smooth treasury operations across the business. This includes supporting the day‑to‑day management of invoices, payments and expense transactions, ensuring they are processed accurately, efficiently and in line with company policies and financial controls.

Key Accountabilities

• Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Review, validate and process invoices, ensuring correct allocation and posting to the General Ledger.
• Manage payment activities, including payment runs, banking transactions, reimbursements and foreign currency payments.
• Monitor and reconcile corporate card expenditure, supporting compliance with company policies.
• Support month‑end activities by preparing reconciliations, reports and insights for stakeholders.
• Identify payment discrepancies, resolve issues and contribute to the efficient operation of treasury processes.

About You

• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
