Job summary

NAB Waurn Ponds is seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor for a full-time, branch-based role. You will be the primary contact for customers at Waurn Ponds while providing support across Geelong, Geelong North, Geelong West, Leopold and Torquay branches.

A valid licence and transport are essential as mileage is paid. Hours are 8:45am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with opportunities for career development and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle customer inquiries with a focus on satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel between Geelong branches as needed.
• Strong attention to accuracy in all banking transactions.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for NAB customers at Waurn Ponds and nearby branches.
• Identify suitable products and services (account opening, lending, transactions) for customers.
• Promote Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, easy and secure.
