Job summary

Envoyage, part of Flight Centre Travel Group, is seeking a Business Development Partner in Melbourne to drive new business across the Envoyage Network. You will build relationships with independent travel agencies, target new leads, and use Salesforce to track opportunities.

This role focuses on new business acquisition, with sales targets and clear performance metrics, while collaborating with marketing and other teams to maximise growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a BDM role within the travel industry.
• Consistent high performance in relation to sales targets.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage networks for opportunity and acquisition with travel agencies and industry bodies.
• Collaborate with marketing to generate new leads.
• Record customer activity and manage opportunities in Salesforce.
• Qualify customer needs and tailor solutions.
• Understand market trends, competitor offerings and Envoyage differentiators.
• Present products to maximise travel spend and profitability.
• Negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes while maintaining margins.
