PassportCard is seeking an Account Manager in Travel Insurance to build and maintain broker and partner relationships in the North Sydney area. You will understand partner needs and provide tailored support to protect customers, with a focus on service excellence and revenue growth.

The role offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment, strong career progression opportunities and a structured training program including RG146 certification.

Formación

• Previous experience as an Account Manager (or relevant experience).
• Customer services experience with brokers or travel agents would be highly regarded.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented with proven examples of meeting/exceeding KPIs.
• Knowledge of insurance products and the Australian travel insurance market would be highly regarded.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Proactive account management and service delivery across a portfolio of brokers and partners.
• Grow and develop your broker/partner portfolio to support business objectives.
• Build meaningful relationships with brokers, travel agents and partners.
• Promote PassportCard ethos by delivering exceptional partner experiences.
• Support BDMs in relationship and account management for key accounts.
