Job summary

Happy Travels is seeking a Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Queensland. Your focus will be face-to-face sales with backpackers, engaging travellers on streets and in hostels, and recommending tours and experiences tailored to interests.

You’ll receive competitive salary, attractive commissions and bonuses, ongoing sales training, and opportunities to travel on tours. Multilingual skills and travel passion are a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid working visa for Australia.
• Proven experience in face-to-face sales or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with strangers.
• Multilingual skills are a significant advantage.
• Previous sales and travel experience is a huge bonus.
• AQF Cert II or 1+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage with travellers on the streets and in hostels.
• Network with backpackers, using innovative strategies to build lasting relationships.

Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be face-to-face sales, actively engaging with potential clients on the streets and in hostels, especially targeting backpackers.
