Job summary

Aeris Resources Limited is seeking a Travel & Accommodation Advisor to coordinate travel, accommodation, rosters, and site logistics for our Tritton Operations in New South Wales. The role supports employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure safe, efficient and cost-effective journeys.

You will work closely with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management, and external providers to manage flights, site transfers, and workforce movements, including mobilisation and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in travel coordination or accommodation management.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Current Australian Manual Driver’s Licence.
• Mining FIFO or remote operations experience.
• Experience with travel booking and workforce management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate flights, site transfers, accommodation allocations, and workforce movements.
• Manage travel, rosters, and site logistics for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Liaise with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management, and travel providers.
• Support mobilisation, onboarding, roster transitions, and operational continuity.

The Nitty Gritty

Join our team as a Travel & Accommodation Advisor and play a key role in keeping our mining operation moving seamlessly. In this fast-paced and dynamic position, you’ll coordinate travel, accommodation, rosters, and site logistics for employees, contractors, and visitors — ensuring every journey is safe, efficient, and cost-effective.

Working closely with HR, Operations, Recruitment, Village Management, and external travel providers, you’ll manage flights, site transfers, accommodation allocations, and workforce movements with precision and exceptional customer service.

From mobilisation and onboarding to roster transitions and operational continuity, you’ll be at the centre of delivering smooth workforce logistics that support site success every day. If you thrive in a highly organiser, people-focused environment and enjoy solving logistical challenges, this is your opportunity to make a real impact. You will also work closely with our Senior Site Administrator, providing cover for each other during rostered absences.

This is a permanent full time role and the successful applicant may be either DIDO or residential.

What you Bring:

• Previous experience in travel coordination, administration, or accommodation management.

• Current Australian Manual Driver’s Licence.
• Previous experience within mining, FIFO, or remote operations.

• Understanding of mining rosters and mobilisation requirements.
• Exposure to accommodation forecasting and workforce logistics.

The Company

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, weare are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
