Job summary

Aeris Resources is seeking a Senior Site Administrator for its Tritton Copper Operations, near Nyngan, NSW. The role provides essential administrative support to the Commercial team, focusing on confidentiality, accuracy and compliance in a fast-paced mining environment.

The successful candidate will manage commercial documentation, reporting and stakeholder communications while aligning with company policies. A permanent full-time role offering DIDO or residential arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Finalise commercial documentation and prepare commercial reporting.
• Provide accurate administrative support to the Commercial team; maintain confidentiality and compliance.
• Act as main point of contact for administrative matters and manage priorities to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Travel and Accommodation Advisor and cover during rostered absences.

We've got the rocks covered but we're looking for one more incredible person to join the team based in our Tritton Operation as a Senior Site Administrator.

The Nitty Gritty

Join our team as a Senior Site Administrator and help keep our mining operation running smoothly. In this fast-paced role, you will provide accurate, professional administrative support to the Commercial team. Your responsibilities will include finalising commercial documentation, commercial reporting, stakeholder communication and maintaining administrative systems, with a strong focus on confidentiality and compliance.

Working closely with the team and key internal stakeholders, you will act as the main point of contact for administrative matters. You will manage commercial administrative priorities, maintain accurate information, meet deadlines and ensure processes align with company policies, procedures and operational requirements. You will also work closely with our Travel and Accommodation Advisor, providing cover for each other during rostered absences.

This is a permanent full time role and the successful applicant may be either DIDO or residential.

What you Bring:

• Demonstrated, extensive experience in site administration within mining or heavy industry
• Previous experience in a commercial or finance environment
• Experience with Microsoft Suites including Excel and exceptional computer skills
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced communication and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability
• Ability to work in a remote, fast-paced site environment.
• Experience using travel booking and workforce management systems.
• Understanding of mining rosters and mobilisation requirements.
• Exposure to accommodation forecasting and workforce logistics.

The Company

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales. Commencing production in 2005, Tritton is 100% owned and operated by Aeris Resources and forms the cornerstone of our copper production.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, weare are transitioning to a 'hub-and-spoke' model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
