Job summary

Stryker Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an Associate Territory Manager for the Trauma team in Canberra. The role involves supporting surgeons in theatre, delivering clinical guidance, and building relationships with hospital teams.

This field-based position offers relocation support for the right candidate and opportunities to advance to Territory Manager. Based in Canberra with travel across the territory, you’ll receive hands-on onboarding, in-theatre coaching, and ongoing development to enhance

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff.
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy.
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region.
