Job summary

Stryker is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures in Canberra. You will work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, building clinical, technical, and commercial expertise in a collaborative team.

The role offers hands-on onboarding, in-theatre coaching, ongoing development, and potential relocation support for the right candidate willing to move to Canberra. You will contribute to trauma portfolio growth and product education across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in customer-facing, sales, or healthcare roles.
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures.
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager on territory planning and strategy.
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals.
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics and inventory.

About the Role

As an Associate Territory Manager, you'll work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, supporting Trauma procedures in theatre while developing your clinical, technical, and commercial expertise.

What You'll Do

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build strong relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff
• Partner with your Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across the region
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics, and inventory requirements
• Stay up to date with new products, techniques, and industry developments

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres
• Current driver's licence
• Fluency in English

Preferred:

• Qualification in nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science, or a related health field
• Experience within clinical, technical, or medical sales environments
• Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
