Job summary

Stryker Australia Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an Associate Territory Manager to support Trauma procedures in theatre. You'll work with surgeons and healthcare teams, developing clinical, technical and commercial expertise through hands-on training and in-theatre coaching.

Based in Canberra with relocation support for qualified candidates across Australia or New Zealand, you’ll join a high-performing Trauma team and have a clear path to Territory Manager as you grow your career in medical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer-facing, sales, or healthcare role.
• Able to work in hospital environments including theatres.
• Current driver's licence.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
• Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
• Build relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
• Partner with Territory Manager on territory planning and account strategy
• Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio in the region
• Deliver product education and in-servicing to healthcare professionals
• Manage case preparation, instrument logistics and inventory
• Stay updated with new products, techniques, and industry developments

About the Role

As an Associate Territory Manager, you'll work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals, supporting Trauma procedures in theatre while developing your clinical, technical, and commercial expertise.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing, sales, or healthcare-related role
• Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres
• Current driver's licence
• Fluency in English

Preferred:

• Qualification in nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science, or a related health field
• Experience within clinical, technical, or medical sales environments
• Experience working towards sales targets or KPIs
